So, I searching all day for two days to find someone who would fix my Laptop and actually show up! Then up popped Minh… PC Repairs. I think they had just posted. So I inquire, they responded like right away. After talking with them I understand they had the knowledge I needed.Where others didn’t have a clue. So my Laptop was picked up, they recovered ALL my necessary data. They rebuild computers and laptops. I’m sure they do much more. They transferred my data to a new to me laptop. What was nice about the rebuilt laptop, it was clean of unnecessary junk/apps. They knew this was a work laptop and they nailed it. They delivered my new laptop and stayed to be sure I was good to go. The professional manner they conduct themselves is hard to find. And the Customer Service was to be admired. I haven’t seen that level of commitment to get me happy in a long time. If you need repairs, or anything technical, please don’t hesitate to call them. You won’t be sorry.read more

Incredible customer service and Minh went out of his way to help us out. My wife’s work desktop froze with $2K in… customer orders due within 2 days. Minh stayed after closing to meet me and within 10 minutes confirmed we had no loss of data on 2 drives. He then rebuilt the computer in less than 16 hours for an extremely reasonable price. The computer now runs twice as fast as when we first bought it and my wife’s business lost no orders. Cannot say thanks enough to Minh.read more
